Directions From the AIRPORT :
By car: After getting out of the airport turn right. You are on Ikaros st. Continue on Ikaros. Turn right after the second traffic lights. That road will bring you on the road along the Harbor. Turn left to get to the road. Stay on that road for about two kilometers. Stay on that road for about 700 meters. You come to the old church of Petros & Paulos (ruins). Across is the Historical museum. Hotel Rea is behind the museum on Kalimeraki str.
By taxi: There are always taxis available at the airport. The taxi ride is approximately 10 minutes.
By public bus: The bus No 1 from the airport come to the city center. You can take off the "Meintani" bus stop (one bus stop after the Liberty square). You go down on Handakos str (is a padestrian street). After some minutes, you will see Hotel Rea on your right hand.
Directions from the Port:
On foot: Our hotel is located in the center of Heraklion behind the Historical Museum. From the port it is 15-18 minutes on foot. It is very easy to come. As you exit the port turn right and walk along the main road( Sof Venizelou Avenue) and towards the fortress of Koules. After 15 minutes walking, you will see on left side of the road the Historical Museum and next too the ruins of a Cathedral Church (You will also see green grass and a park on the right side of the street). Beside the Museum is Grevenon Street and from Sof. Venizelou Avenue you will turn left on that street. After 80 meters you will find our hotel on the right side of that street.
